Hans Klingler, the current Republican Party of Texas communications director and former political director to Rick Perry's 1998 campaign for Lt. Gov, will be leaving the state party to run communications for Hutchison's campaign.
Is this another sign that the Republican establishment is abandoning Rick Perry?
